Reuters photographs revealed heavy damage to homes and cars on Saturday from Iranian missile attacks the previous night.

"EMTs and paramedics operated under heavy destruction in a three-storey building, where two women were rescued without signs of life, and their deaths were pronounced at the scene," it said in a statement.
