In a letter to Rouhani, Qalibaf called for clarification on the contract with Telegram

Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the speaker of the parliament, wrote a letter to President Hassan Rouhani, demanding that he answer for the lack of transparency in the details of the contract with Telegram and the reason for calculating international traffic for the users of these messengers despite its location in the country.
