Mehdi Ketabchy, PhD, is a water resources consultant in the private sector. He received his PhD from University of Maryland, College Park in water resources engineering and is a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Maryland. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Water Management Modeling and is an alum of Virginia Tech and Sharif University of Technology.
